It started with our son.
In 2006, our youngest son was diagnosed with multiple severe food allergies, including wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, soy, eggs, fish, chicken, and sesame. Finding safe, delicious food became one of the biggest challenges our family had ever faced.
We quickly realized that gluten-free and allergy-friendly options were limited, and many simply didn't taste good. Eating out was difficult, and everyday moments like birthday parties often meant our son had to miss out.
More Than Just Food
One question from our son has stayed with us forever: "What does cake taste like?"
Watching him feel left out because of his allergies inspired us to create recipes that allowed him to enjoy the same foods as everyone else. What started in our home kitchen became a passion to make safe food that never compromises on flavour.
