Spring Rolls

Spring Rolls

Oven Instructions:

Preheat to 425°F

Place desired amount of frozen product onto a baking sheet
-
Bake for 10-15 mins per side

Saucepan Instructions:
-
Put oil into the Saucepan
-
Heat up the oil and then put the spring roll into the oil
-
Switch to low heat and fry until the spring roll turns a golden colour
Egg Rolls

Oven Instructions (OR Air fryer/Deep fry):

Preheat to 425°F
-
Place desired amount of frozen product onto a baking sheet
-
Bake for 10-15 mins per side
Buns and Pancakes

BBQ Pork / Chicken Buns

Steam Instructions:
Defrost The Bun (Optional)
-
Boil pot of water
-
Place the buns on a steamer with parchment paper under it
-
Put on the lid and steam for 25-30 minutes at medium heat After steaming let the buns cool for 5 minutes before eating

Pan fry Instructions (After Steamed):
-
Heat frying pan and add in 1 tbsp cooking oil
-
After the oil is heated, add steamed bun into the pan
-
Use medium heat to cook for 2 minutes or until bun is golden brown
-
Flip it over and cook for another 2 minutes until both sides are a golden brown colour

Microwave Instructions:
Just use a clean wet towel to cover up the frozen bun, and then Microwave it for around 5-6 minutes

Green Onion Pancake

Oven Instructions:

Preheat to 425°F
-
Place desired amount of frozen product onto a baking sheet
-
Bake for 5-7 mins per side

Pan fry Instructions:
Do Not Defrost Before Cooking
-
Heat frying pan and add in 1 tsp cooking oil
-
After the oil is heated, add in pancake use low heat to cook for 3-5 minutes or until pancake bottom is golden brown
-
Flip it over and cook for another side 3-5 minutes until both sides are a golden brown colour
Dessert

Sesame Ball

Oven Instructions (OR Air fryer):
-
Preheat oven to 400°F
-
Bake 8-10 min from Frozen

Sweet Buns with Red Bean Paste

Steam Instructions:
Defrost The Bun (Optional)

Boil pot of water

Place the Sticky Rice Wrap on a steamer with the Leaf

Put on the lid and steam for 25-30 minutes at medium heat

After steaming let the Sticky Rice Wrap cool for 5 minutes before eating
Dumplings

Beef / Vegan / Chicken / BBQ Pork / Shrimp Dumplings

Steam Instructions:

Place frozen dumplings on top of parchment paper
-
Steam for 13 -15 mins, after water boiled

Remove from heat and let rest for 2 mins

Pan fry Instructions:
-
Add 2 tbsp of oil to medium size pan
-
Add frozen dumplings to pan
-
Gently move dumpling around pan to until golden on all sides, ~15 mins
-
Remove pan from heat and add 1 tbsp of water and cover with lid
-
Let rest for 2 mins

Fried Dumplings (Ham Sui Gok)

Oven Instructions (OR Air fryer/Deep fry):

Preheat to 350°F

Place desired amount of frozen product onto a baking sheet

Bake for 15-25 mins per side
